- 4 large yellow onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup grated asiago cheese
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large baking dish, arrange the sliced onions in an even layer.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the onions and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the grated asiago cheese, panko breadcrumbs, thyme leaves, salt, and pepper over the top.
