Description

Baked Apples with Feta, Honey, and Cranberries are a delicious and easy-to-make seasonal dessert or snack. The tart cranberries, creamy feta, and sweet honey create a mouthwatering filling inside soft, baked apples.


Ingredients

  • 4 large Honeycrisp apples
  • 4 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the apples and use a melon baller or small spoon to scoop out the cores, leaving a 1/2-inch thick shell.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the feta, honey, cranberries, rosemary, and cinnamon.
  4. Spoon the feta-cranberry mixture evenly into the hollowed-out apples.
  5. Place the stuffed apples in a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, until the apples are tender and the filling is bubbly.
  6. Serve warm, with a drizzle of extra honey if desired.
