- 2 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Toast the bread slices until lightly golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
- Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread slices.
- Arrange the smoked salmon slices on top of the avocado toast.
