- 1 pinch salt
- 2 pre-made pie crusts (or homemade)

Instructions
- Combine apples, sugars, spices, cornstarch, lemon juice, and salt.
- Cut dough circles and chill.
- Fill, fold, and crimp hand pies.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle sugar.
