- 2 tart apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp dried thyme

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a large skillet or Dutch oven, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the sliced cabbage and diced apples. Sauté for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender and the apples are softened.
